OUR SPONSORS

Phoenix Storm RFC is actively seeking season sponsors. We accept in-kind and cash sponsorships and offer you or your organization different levels (outlined below) of sponsorship and ways to gain visibility and reach. Yearly player dues and ongoing fundraising events are simply not enough to meet the club_s operating costs.

We are looking for additional donations and sponsorships from local businesses, organizations and individuals that will directly benefit the Phoenix Storm RFC and also offer cross-promotional opportunities.

These donations may be used to offset our operating costs:
_ Equipment purchase
_ Team uniforms
_ Field rentals
_ USA Rugby Dues/ARU Registration Fees
_ Home Match Underwriting
_ Team Scholarships to help defray the membership dues for players with financial hardships

Our Sponsorship Program has 6 levels:
1. Primary Shirt Sponsors (2 available) $2500+ each
_ your logo on shirt chest and on all pages of website
_ your banner (if available) displayed at home games and events
_ free admission to appropriate team events (10 guests)
_ recognition in all materials
2. Secondary Shirt Sponsors (4 available) $500 each
_ your logo on shirt sleeve and on all pages of website
_ your banner (if available) displayed at home games and events
_ free admission to appropriate team events (6 guests)
_ recognition in all materials
3. General Sponsors $250+ (or services)
_ your logo on all pages of website
_ your banner displayed at home games and events
_ your logo on designated item if requested, e.g. goalpost pads, scrum sled, etc
_ free admission to appropriate team events (4 guests)
_ recognition in all materials
4. Single Event Sponsors $500+ (or event cost)
_ your logo on website homepage event advertisement and on sponsors page
_ free admission to sponsored event (6 guests)
_ recognition in all event-related materials
5. Personal Sponsors $100+
_ free storm t-shirt!!!!
_ recognition in Donor lists on website and appropriate materials
_ eligibility to participate on committees
_ free admission to appropriate team events (2 guests)
6. Storm Chasers $50
_ recognition as Storm Chaser in lists on website and materials
_ eligibility to participate on committees
_ free admission to appropriate team events

All of the above are for one season/year, August til May.
All Sponsors and Chasers will have logo/name on Sponsors page of website for duration of year
PHOENIX STORM RFC is currently pursuing Federal 501(c) 3 tax-exempt status. Currently, contributions to the Phoenix Storm RFC are tax-deductible as an investment expense to the extent allowable by current law, but are not considered a charitable donation.
After our application for 501(c) 3 has been accepted, contributions to the club will be fully tax-deductible.
